Of the many operatic roles that critically acclaimed soprano Dolores Scott has sung, her favourites include Rosina in The Barber of Seville (Burnaby Lyric Opera), Musetta in La Boheme (Tri Cities Opera, Binghamton, NY), Josephine in HMS Pinafore (Tri Cities Opera), and Pamina in The Magic Flute (Western Washington University). In music theatre, she was critically acclaimed no less than six times for her portrayal of Tuptim in The King and I (Richmond Gateway Theatre). Some of the orchestras she made solo appearances with are the Oneonta Symphony, the Binghamton Symphony, the Vancouver Symphony, Burnaby Symphony and North Shore's Symphonia. She was a resident artist at Tri Cities Opera in Binghamton NY and graduated with a master's degree in music/opera from State University of New York at Binghamton. She has also toured throughout Hungary and Germany with several early music ensembles and choirs. Dolores continues to make appearances on her own, or as a member of the ever popular 3Divas and on top of all this is co- founder and performing member of her "project of the heart", Sheando Ensemble.
