Ken Lavigne

 

Born in Victoria, Ken had his early training with Selena James at the Victoria Conservatory of Music and the University of Victoria . He has studied and performed in Europe and America . In August 2002 Ken performed at Victoria’s Symphony Splash. That year he also had the honour of performing before Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, for he Golden Jubilee celebrations in Victoria.

Ken’s previous credits with Burnaby Lyric Opera include Don Ramiro in Rossini’s Cinderella, and Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville.

Ken has recently released his first solo CD of musical theatre favorites and romantic Italian ballads entitled On The Street Where You Live
